When the operator is driving with both ends busy, there are many things to remember:
1. Before starting, check whether each gear is in neutral. After the engine is running for a period of time, check whether all instruments are within the normal range.
2. Develop good daily maintenance habits, regularly check whether the busy parts at both ends are normal, and replace them in a timely manner. Generally, important inspections and maintenance are carried out after every 200 hours of operation.
3. Drive in a busy lane at both ends, observe if there are any obstacles or dangerous items around the vehicle, and promptly clean or detour.
4. When both ends are busy, it is strictly prohibited to bring personnel other than the driver. The interior space is limited to prevent accidental operation.
5. When driving on the highway, strictly abide by traffic regulations and strictly prohibit drunk driving.
When the soil in the construction area is too hard, it is strictly prohibited to force excavators, loaders, and shovels to prevent damage to mechanical components.
7. Before excavation, lower the support legs and stabilize the vehicle body. When rotating the seat and using the forklift function, the legs and excavator arms should be retracted in a timely manner.
