Methods to prevent high temperatures in excavator loaders:

1. Connect the rubber hose to the water tank of the excavator loader. Check the connection hose of the water tank. The hose of the water tank has poor oil resistance and is prone to early damage, which can affect the water supply and cause excessive engine temperature rise. Check for cracks and water leaks, and promptly eliminate them. At the same time, sufficient cooling water should be maintained and any deficiencies should be promptly added.

2. Brake system of excavator loader. Regularly check the braking efficiency of the entire machine in order to detect and eliminate faults in the braking system as soon as possible, and reduce accident stability. Long term use of brakes during work can cause excessive temperature in the brake hub and pads, leading to a decrease in braking performance. Immediate shutdown should be carried out to cool down, in order to avoid potential safety hazards for the entire machine. But it is never allowed to use cold water to flush the brakes to force cooling.

3. Excavate and load the locomotive cabin air conditioning system and driver. During summer, drivers of excavators and loaders may feel fatigued after prolonged driving. When drivers feel fatigued, they should stop in a timely manner and rest appropriately. They should not force excessive driving beyond fatigue. To ensure sufficient sleep, good energy and physical strength, work efficiency is relatively high. The air conditioning system in the cabin should also undergo a comprehensive inspection to effectively cool the driver.

4. Cooling system of excavator loader. Before entering summer, all components of the cooling system should be thoroughly cleaned, tightened, and lubricated, and scale in the cooling system should be cleaned as much as possible to improve heat dissipation efficiency, keep the cooling system smooth, and accelerate the circulation of cooling water.

5. Lubrication system for excavator loaders. Before entering summer, targeted inspections should be conducted on all components of the lubrication system to ensure accurate indications on the oil pressure gauge and transmission pressure gauge. Conduct a systematic inspection of the oil in the transmission, torque converter, and drive axle, from the quality to quantity of the oil, and ensure that the oil is clean.

6. Replacement of the excavator loader belt. Check the water pump fan transmission belt. After long-term use, the belt may experience fatigue and deformation, reducing the cooling effect. When replacing the belt, pay attention to the model and length, and adjust its tightness correctly.
