At present, our loader hydraulic steering system adopts an open quantitative pump system, which is characterized by simple structure and sufficient heat dissipation. The steering hydraulic system can be divided into a combined flow system and a non combined flow system. The confluence system refers to directing the oil from the steering hydraulic system to the working device hydraulic system, while the non confluence system refers to the oil from the steering pump specifically supplied to the steering hydraulic system.

Flow amplification steering

The flow of the steering pump is given priority to supplying the steering system, and the excess flow is combined with the working system.

Priority load sensing steering

Priority should be given to the flow of the steering pump to ensure that it enters the steering cylinder through the steering gear, and that the flow is not affected by changes in steering pressure. Excess flow should enter the working or other systems.

Coaxial flow amplification steering

It is basically the same as priority load sensing steering, with the only difference being the steering gear. A small portion of the flow entering the steering gear passes through the steering gear metering motor, and the majority (proportionally) merges with a small portion through the internal oil passage of the steering gear before entering the steering cylinder.
