1. Prevent the engine body of the cement self feeding mixer from overheating: Due to the high ambient temperature, the engine is prone to overheating. It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the inspection of water tanks, thermostats, water pumps, fans, and other components, and pay attention to timely filling of cooling water. When the water temperature exceeds 100 ℃, stop in a cool place to cool down, let the engine idle, and lift the engine hood to help dissipate heat.

2. To prevent the engine of the cement self feeding mixer from exploding: In summer, the temperature is high, sometimes exceeding 35 ℃. In such seasons, for some cars with aging components, the probability of natural detonation is also much higher. So be prepared for prevention.

3. To prevent damage to the cement self loading mixer paint: After strong sunlight exposure, the car paint will become old and wrinkled. Although ordinary beauty waxing can have a certain sun protection effect, any car wax contains silicon components, which can rust the car paint and leave small black spots after prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation. When parking, it is important to park the car in a cool and shaded area as much as possible.

4. Preventing tire burst: High temperatures make it easier for tires to burst, and high temperatures can easily cause tire deformation and decrease tensile strength. As for the tires themselves, situations such as non-standard air pressure, tire aging, weakened performance, or the tires hitting hard metal or other hard objects during driving can all lead to sudden tire explosions.

5. Prevent poor lubrication of the cement self feeding mixer engine: when the temperature is high, the viscosity of the engine oil decreases, and the oxidation resistance deteriorates, resulting in poor lubrication. So it is necessary to regularly check the oil quantity and quality, and add or replace them in a timely manner. Pay attention to cleaning the oil filter and radiator in a timely manner to ensure smooth oil flow and good heat dissipation, and try to avoid overloading the engine.

6. Prevent brake failure of the cement self feeding mixer: The brake fluid is more likely to evaporate and vaporize in high-temperature environments, forming air resistance in the brake pipeline, and the brake shoes are also prone to erosion, causing brake failure. So it is necessary to regularly check and adjust the braking system, and pay attention to parking and air braking on the way down long slopes to ensure good braking performance. If the brake hub is found to be hot, it should be stopped to cool down, but cold water should not be poured to prevent the brake hub from cracking.
